“We had such a great stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, everything felt welcoming and well taken care of. The food was really good—plenty of options and everything we tried was fresh and flavorful.
One of the highlights for us was the kids’ area—it was amazing! The kids had so much fun and didn’t want to leave. It made the whole experience even more enjoyable for our family.

“my husband and myself stayed for a week and had the most wonderful time. All the staff are wonderful. We did not encounter one person that was not kind or willing to help when needed. We did stay in the privilege section and although did not use the beach area or quite pool we still feel everything else included was worth it. Our butler Leidy was amazing and every request was met with no problem, even on her day off. ”

“This resort was definitely worth the money! Food was good, many different options especially in the buffets. The rooms were clean and housekeeping did its thing every morning! The shuttle was available 24/7 which was a plus especially with a toddler. Many activities throughout the day for the kids and families. ”

“The FC junior swim up suite was nice, our concierge Tiara provided lots of nice little surprises for the kids and was great helping us with dinner, spa, and cenote reservations. The kids club was also great and had lots of activities throughout the day. The food was ok and the drinks were also just ok, mostly sugary mixer. Staff were friendly but it was very crowded so sometimes it felt like there werent enough staff to guests during meal times. Our room was very clean and the turn down service……
