This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. The room was huge, had a full kitchen, living room, bedroom and a bathroom with a jacuzzi, right downtown walking distance from everything. Pool was fun and hotel staff were friendly. Would come back anytime

Me paso algo muy honesto de resaltar en este hotel. Nos contrataron un taxi para llevarnos al aeropuerto y olvidé un sombrero , me comunique al hotel al darme cuenta y en 2 hrs me marcaron para notificarme que ahi lo tenían. Sombrero con gran valor sentimental , muchas gracias.
