“They gave my room away and they just took my money and I haven’t gotten any kind of reimbursement. This service is terrible and I am very disappointed because now I’m just out of money and they were rude and I didn’t get any help from Expedia either they said they tried to call them so there’s been nothing no reprieve or nothing from my bad experience.”

“This property should not even be listed on Expedia. The staff here is horrible. And so is the ownership. Once you book your nonrefundable stay, they will email you to send them them $500 with Zelle, using “friends and family” as the category. This is not listed anywhere in the process of booking, and it is also against the terms and conditions for Zelle. Find somewhere else to stay.”
