“March 2026- The location is great, 10-15 min walk to both United Center and the Blue Line, and Pete’s Market is a great option for premade food and groceries right next door. However, there are no close restaurants other than fast food. The red awning property manager adds an extra layer between customer and owner that seriously delayed getting check in info. “Had a great stay here. Neighborhood was quiet and had a great bakery just around the corner. Uber/Lyfts ranged between 13 - 17 to downtown which was great. House was clean and met our needs for a group of 7. Would definitely recommend!Only complaints were beds not super comfortable, no spatulas and the upstairs neighbors were loud until 2am on two of the nights.”

“The area seemed a little sketch but all in all we had no issues or problems with anyone. The neighbors were super nice every time we crossed paths. The inside is small but we expected that already. We enjoyed the coffee that’s there for guest. I do agree the couch does look a little on the rough side but we can’t complain! The space was clean!”
