“The threat of flash floods colored our stay. Waiting for river to subside before we could get home to roads that required 4wd didnt add to the experience. The house had lots of nice points, like quiet, quaint decor, and comfortable. But it has a touch of unfinished project, the front door required kicking to open( really wet caused swelling). Water coming in bedroom causing large puddles because of door gap. The host was very helpful and happily answered our requests.”

“Clean room”

“The view is stunning! The room is well stocked, clean and very peaceful. Directions to get to the place were extremely helpful and on point.”

“beautiful view”

“This was such a gorgeous and perfectly appointed room, I wish I had arrived earlier to watch the sunset from the glorious patio looking west and was able to enjoy the property before I left. I will absolutely be back!”

“The only issue was a clogged sink in bathroom which we reported and was never taken care of until our third day. We reported it on our second day at breakfast to our waitress and she said she would take care of it. “Our stay at The Grand Hacienda was nothing short of amazing! The adventure starts right when you book your stay and you get the directions to your private oasis off of the beaten path. Just finding it was a blast. The hosts Carolyn and Tom are both amazing, and have spared no attention to detail at their bed and breakfast. They are great people to talk to, and they are more than accommodating. My wife and I went there for our ten year anniversary, and we plan on going back in the future. We took……

“Beautiful location and very comfortable space. Unfortunately we did not receive timely location or check in instructions from owner through VRBO. Manager was helpful but spotty phone service made it difficult. Thank goodness we were there during daylight as it would have been very difficult to locate at night. ”

“Fantastic in all ways...highly recommend.”

“The setup was basic but served its purpose well.”
