“Some of the staff were snooty/snobby or aloof. The cleaning gal was helpful and friendly. Food choices are limited; some items were not brought after being requested or took quite a while such as wine. Food was a bit pricey for the portions with a lot costing considerably extra! The Room was nice but lighting in living Rm. area was very low with just a table lamp for illumination.”

“There was a funky smell to the room one night and they offered to bring up air freshener. It cleared by morning. Our tub didn’t feel particularly safe for showers. The tub sloped and there wasn’t much grippy coating left on the bottom for balance on a slippery tub bottom. Breakfast was ok but the ice machine was wicked loud if you sat by it.”
