“Great facility and staff!”

“Most of the staff are extremely good and friendly; however, there were lots of time when some staff members were too rigid about unimportant things (like sitting in the fine dining area 7 minutes before it officially opened for the evening). 5-star service is based on always finding a way to accommodate what the guest would like. This is often very affordable for the company but does a lot towards making the customer feeling welcome! Waiting service is often slow especially when initially……

“The hotel was a four star hotel with courteous, attentive staff. Food was excellent. The atmosphere was calming.. We had 24 hour availability of the thermal pool and gardens directly from the back door of the hotel. The public has access from 10 AM to 4 PM only”

“We were and my wife , my daughter with 2 your children . We got what they call a villa : 2 bed rooms with a living room in the middle . Perfect setting . Beautiful view . Very comfortable. Breakfast is excellent and all staff very, very helpful.”

“It was a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff was so friendly and helpful with everything (questions/tours/car trouble). The views were incredible and we saw whales and dolphins from our balcony almost every night. The grounds are well maintained and the pool is beautiful. Place was so worth it”

“Feels like a villa ”

“Our stay here was almost perfect. The staff was excellent as was the breakfast selection. We did not use the pool as hoped, but it looked beautiful. Great to have a full kitchen available to us to store and prepare food. Wish we had known this ahead of time (as well as close location to grocery store); we would definitely have planned things differently! Our room was small, but we didn't spend much time there, so not a problem. Great price/value for this stay! Good location; close enough for us……

“What an absolute dream of a space - inside and out! We loved every minute of our stay at Furnas Lake Forest Living. The location is a perfect home base for getting around the island, exploring hot springs, and hiking. There are several local hikes within walking distance or 5-10 mins driving. The decor is sleek and comfortable with lovely attention to detail. We also had breakfast and dinner at the restaurant which is a MUST-- the best food we had during our stay. We'd highly recommend Furnas……

“Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft. Alles neu und stilvoll eingerichtet. Großes Bad mit begehbarer Dusche. Mega sauber, jeden Tag werden die Handtücher gewechselt (was ja eigentlich nicht nötig ist). Sehr freundlichrs Personal. Frühstück klein, aber fein. Eispeisen werden frisch zubereitet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.zubereitet.”
