“Was windy and rainy not possible to use the pool. Breakfast was good ”

“We were welcomed warmly and offered tea while we checked in. Juliana took the time to inform us about the area and how best to enjoy our stay. Breakfast was delicious, beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of hot water for long showers.”

“Huge breakfast bar, grest dinner food, service 10 stars. Hot.pools are best feature. It was so good that we returned after a couple of day after chevkout just for a dip in y be pool (spa visit). If we return on tbe island, we'll stay in this hotel.”

“Private gated villa located in great town. Local hot springs are less than a 10 minute walk. Staff was great, cleaned daily, did laundry upon request, left local foods after each cleaning. Overall a wonderful stay.”

“Welcoming and helpful staff, comfy beds, beautiful grounds and views and so much peace and quiet! We stayed in early April and the weather was beautiful but unpredictable (as usual in the Azores) and our room stayed a comfortable temperature the entire time without using the thermostat. The only change I'd make is more variety at breakfast and more opportunity to try the Azorean beef at dinner! ”

“Excellent Hotel with amazing staff, cannot fault them, but they do have an issue with meals for anyone outside of a large & planned group. If you don't mind simple food laden with cheese, then the Pool Bar is fine. If you want something before 8.30pm, then you have to go outside the Hotel. After 8.30pm, you can choose from the a la carte menu, which is exceptional. Anything in between, they cannot cater to you. Again, though, the staff is superb, first class. They will try to accommodate……
