“This property exceeded our expectations! It is so conveniently located to the heart of Traverse City, but just on the outskirts enough to be quiet and feel a little more private. The finishes and decor are beautiful! The space is fantastic and the five of us were very comfortable. We were able to make ourselves right at home and really enjoyed our stay. We would definitely stay here again.”

My spouse wanted to say that grab bars in the shower should be installed & non-slip tub mat available. I also like instructions on how to make TV easier to operate. Thanks.”

“upon entering the resort the lobby looked like a dumpster. Tables everywhere, empty cardboard boxes piled at least 8 feet tall. trying to check in extremely slow. only one person working the check in desk, taking phone calls and not checking guests in. room was clean but showing its age. AC working poorly. At check in we were told that housekeeping was at request only. so we closed all the shades and lowered the ac, only to come back at the end of the day with the room cleaned, shades open and……
