“The room had a funky smell when you first walked it, maybe use some carpet fresh or baking soda on carpet. Due to storms in the area and having Directv as the provider, lost signal multiple times which was not great.”

“If you need something in a crunch it works. I wouldn’t say family friendly as the pool was not working and the breakfast was minimal. Our room was clean and had not smell issues. The TV wouldn’t work but I didn’t call about it bc we were there for sporting event so wasn’t a huge issue.”

“First and foremost, the 5:00 PM check-in is ridiculous especially since you still have an 11:00 AM checkout. Secondly, the air conditioner in our room made so much noise we had to turn it off in order to sleep. Then there’s the breakfast, the hot food was all cold at 7:30. We are in this area regularly and have stayed here before. We will definitely make other arrangements next time.”
