Beware $51.30 charge to my card after check out for breakfast for two that we did not select/eat, we’re a family of 4 staying and DoorDash Dunkin Donuts the morning of prior to check out at 10a so we could get to the Bears v Falcons game. The hotel staff said they could not email me copy of the “physical receipt” they had of the breakfast charge and I said you can’t email me a copy of the the receipt that has my last 4 on it, and they said no. They said I signed it even, weird? I said well that was not us and they proceeded to say the charge was done and good luck trying to dispute it. There is a recent review that another person had an unexplainable $50 charge that was not going to be returned. Please beware of the charges to your card if you stay here, the hotel staff will not help and not email you the “physical receipt” they have. I gave two stars because cookies were good, and hotel stay sufficed for the night since we had a personal vehicle. The restaurant was eerie the bartender was our waiter and bussed 4 tables at once, you could tell they were in the weeds and did not have a restaurant ambience. I give the hotel kudos for all they do, but it is not right to wrongfully charge a guest and should not be DoubleTree standards. Please feel free to contact me if further details needed. Thank you!
