“Good hotel for rural town Exercise room is break room but not a deal breaker Ok priced clean”

“Super musty smell. Lots of water damage. Would have kids stay here. Undoubtedly mold lurking everywhere as everyones sinuses were killing them. Took over month for host response first time. Weeks after. Doesnt check messages. Didnt submit check in process. Had to contact vrbo who connected with him and got rude response like it was out fault. No door code, so have to meet him at front door and get shown around. Hence, need to be there right on time which is inconvenient. Also before booking……

“We saw multiple mice during our three-day stay. When we contacted the host, he said this happens and he already knew about it, and there was poison in the kitchen. He never apologized or offered to make it right. We ended up leaving early due to the number of mice that we saw. The house was also left unlocked for multiple hours before we checked in with keys visible on the counter. We did not feel safe or comfortable staying in this property. “We had a great time and loved the cabin and all of the amenities. It was exactly as pictured and had everything we needed for a cozy family gathering. Karina was very easy to work with and always responded very quickly. Highly recommend. ”

“The desk person was super helpful. First room assigned smelled of smoke. This is a no smoking facility so we decided we better ask for another room to avoid them charging us extra, thinking we were responsible. Gave us another room with a smile. The areas felt clean but a bit run down. Bed was comfy. Average experience.”
