“Half the elevators were out of service. Most of the indoor waterpark rides were not operating. Heat didn't work in the bedroom of our condo so we kept the door open. Kitchen utensils a little lacking. Otherwise a good value.”

“Our first impression when we walked in, was that it’s spacious. The condo is fully equipped for a long stay with the amenities of a home. However, once we settled in we noticed the following areas of concern.- Vrbo did not provide the room number. We tried to call and message the owner and called Vrbo customer service.- Our room was not clean. Dirty floors, mirrors, dust and huge smudges on refrigerator.- Window in main area is cloudy. The seal is bad and you can barely see out.-Whirlpool……

“I would not recommend this place. It was very overpriced, especially considering the lack of amenities. The condo was outdated, and the blankets smelled moldy. We had to repeatedly request new towels, and they were not delivered until two days after our initial request. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations and was not worth the cost.”

“Booked our hotel and the posting said underground tunnel to the waterpark we went to Wisconsin in December when it was 8° and the hotel room we got was not even attached to the main building so it’s not very beneficial to take toddlers and 8° weather in your car after they’ve been to a waterpark Also, it snowed while we were there and in three days, nobody bothered to clear the walkways or the sidewalks outside the room.
