“Propere kamer. Salvo eigenaar gaf gedetailleerde uitleg van accommodatie en bezienswaardigheden met kaart. Heel vriendelijk en toffe mens. Heeft een priveparking maar parkeren op straat is ook geen probleem. Ontbijt was ook goed er was zelfs cannoli!!!”

“Brand new hotel, with modern and big rooms. Very clean, with kind service and good breakfast. Close to the highway. The only bad point is that to reach a restaurant a car is needed”

“A short walk from the terminal and not too difficult to find. The outstanding people who greeted us and made us welcome were a memorable highlight. Nothing was too much trouble and we felt we were getting 5 Star service. The room is not big but the bathroom is excellent and the room decor fresh and modern. Thank you to the team at Magnifico, we had a comfortable, enjoyable stay.”

“VERY brief stay to catch early morning flight. Staff very friendly and helpful taking us to an excellent restaurant and taking us to airport at 5 am. English was a slight problem , but we did ok. Rooms were very basic but clean. Very comfortable bed. Located very close to airport in an industrial, but not there for a holiday”

“Bitterly disappointed with this hotel. On reading the website when booking it advertises sea, relaxation and comfort. However on arrival we were informed the pool, sea swimming and the dive centre were closed all of which open on 1st June as listed under the “services subsection” of the website. At the spa centre again the same story with the sauna, jacuzzi, Turkish bath and steam room all closed. On asking why “just because they are”. Presumably again open on 1st June. “I stayed 2 nights at Liodoro, and it was perfect! SUPER quiet, really nice room with a fridge and TV and lovely bathroom (and the bed was super comfy too). The host was great, and very helpful. A really convenient place to stay too - close to so much around the old town. A good base for sightseeing and food too. Lots of nice restaurants and cafes.”

“Sehr nettes, zukommendes Personal bei italienischen Frühstück mit Verbesserungspotenzial trotzdem sehr bemüht. Direkt am Ausgang links ist aber eine super charmante Bar für die Einheimischen wo man auch alles kriegt. Die Lage ist auch ideal für Besichtigungen fußläufig. Fühlten uns auch immer sehr sicher. Würden wenn wir wieder nach Catania gehen, dort wieder übernachten”

“Camera molto pulita. Personale cortese e gentile. La location del B&B Gisira è perfetta per esplorare la città che è splendida sia come punto di partenza per gite giornaliere verso altre mete. Nelle vicinanze del B&B ci sono parecchi locali per tutti i gusti, shopping, ristoranti, souvenirs, bar dove gustare le bontà della pasticceria Siciliana. Appena fuori dalla porta del B&B ti ritrovi nel cuore della città. La zona è sicura a qualsiasi ora, al mattino per la presenza del mercato e alla sera……
