“Excellent location with free private parking. The room was lovely, featuring a terrace with a beautiful sea view. The shower was fantastic, the bed was extremely comfortable thanks to the topper, and the towels were changed daily. The kitchenette was very convenient, and the breakfast was excellent. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always willing to help. I would especially like to mention Mariela, who was incredibly kind and helpful. Her cappuccinos were truly……

“This was the most amazing place I have ever stayed, so much history, Once you step inside its like you are in another world, beautiful, the front desk staff cant do enough for you, they are so accommodating. Better than most 5 star hotels I have stayed at”

“Lovely facilities and rooms, however service was extremely slow and very mixed attitudes. Examples being nearly impossible to order food/drinks at the pool due to lack of staff and then a very long wait to receive. Dirty towels in room were taken during cleaning and not replaced, called down to ask and they still didn’t replaced them. Generally was very hard work to get service out of the staff and often met with the attitude that you were an inconvenience.”

“Malgré sa situation proche de Syracuse, le très bon accueil et la magnifique piscine très bien entretenue, cet hôtel ne vaut pas un 4 étoiles. Chambre correcte mais sombre et peu spacieuse, salle de bains très simple avec cabine de douche étroite. Pas de cafetière, juste une bouilloire. Heureusement nous avons pris une supérieure avec terrasse, qui nous a permis d'avoir plus d'espace et de lumière. Bon petit déjeuner. La dame qui s'en occupe fait ce qu'elle peut avec les moyens qu'elle a et……

“Valentina was so very lovely and helpful. She was very informative as well. The property is very beautiful and a great location. My only criticism is the sound the doors make when you unlock the room door. It’s a very load electronic buzzing sound. Late at night you can hear other people coming in late because of it. The room we were upgraded to was very beautiful and much appreciated. The bathroom walls and ceiling looked like they were just patched up but not painted. The rooftop is beautiful……
