“They have problem about the communication with the booking website and also between their employees. In my second day, I wanted to check out then move to another hotel to stay with my friends. but they told me i have already paid in the website, it is not possible to refund the money to me. So i chose to stay within my 3days reservation. In the last day, when i checked out, the other employee charged me again!! He insisted that i have not paid yet!! I spent half hour to explain and prove I have……

“It seems close to the airport... but you have to take taxi there! The breakfast was too simple, maybe because of christmas day. No shops or restaurants or people around.. The facility in the room is old and no light on the road.”

“The Magnifico was perfect for us. We could rest after an exhaustive 3-week holiday in Sicily before flying out. The bathroom and shower were great, double bed with giant TV screen. Very quiet despite next to the airport (i.e., only a 5 min walk to terminal A). Also close to ALI bus stop for our last visit to Catania. David at the front desk was very helpful. Highly recommended Magnifico for its main purpose. ”

“The host was extremely helpful and very communicative. She is a 5 star host and had some nice snacks and beverages available for us when we arrived. However, the room itself had mold on the shower door and some type of allergen in the bed sheets as my wife got sick after the one night stay. I would stay there again but the place could use better cleaning.”

The place itself is perfectly located near to the city center and everything such as sightseeing, shops restaurants are in walking distance. The rooms are decorated with passion and making you feel home very quick. The sweets and even more the super career and caring couple running that place made my stay just perfect. “It was in an art gallery! Four stories and a rooftop right in the heart of city center- steps to the main Piazzos and the fish market. Every one of the staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and especially our bartender, Luna breakfast and the bar were on the second story balcony. Rooms amazing and decorated w/artwork and antiques. The bed was comfortable and large, bathroom and amenities luxurious. ”
