“Booked a room through Expedia. The room they gave me did not match the description of the room we booked. The hotel refused to change it, or allow me to upgrade to a different room (because it was booked through a third party they said). Expedia called them and they just gave the same statement to Expedia. By the time we were done trying to get it resolved the descriptions of the rooms on Expedia had been changed. I had to keep the bad room and there was no remedy. The staff at the hotel could……
