"Our stay at the Westin was great. Our rooms were clean, but what really made our stay was the staff. Everyone we encountered was very friendly. The free shuttle service was wonderful. A special acknowledgement to Solomon, who drove us to the Metro center. "

"Unfortunately, our 5 day stay was a real disappointment. The room had no natural light window ( which was NOT indicated as a possibility o. the website description) and over the week I was there, and repeated requests, the staff made no effort to move me to a new room. The room I was in was very shabby— leatherette chairs peeling and broken, lights/plugs not consistently working. The location is wonderful— just what I needed for this work trip— but it was like living in a run down cave for a week. "

"Going through some renovation as of March 2026 but the room and bathroom were clean, the complimentary breakfast was plentiful and a good start to the day, and the staff were helpful and nice. Parking was easy around the building. "
