“The safety latch on my room door was broken. The staff was very helpful and found a different room for me and got a cart and offered to help. The new room had a dried coffee spill near the fridge and the body wash in the shower was empty or broken- minor inconvenience. Overall a nice stay at a great price.”

“The continental breakfast was good - a variety of fresh baked goods, yogurts, fresh fruits, granola, teas, and the coffee was excellent! It would have been nice to enjoy a hot breakfast on the cold and gloomy morning that we were there, though. We enjoyed meeting our friendly host, Joe, and had a nice conversation with him as he explained the history of the property and some future kitchen renovations he has in the works. “So, we have been going to the Claremont Motor Lodge for several years now. We really like the location as it's quite close to Weathersfield, VT. The rooms are clean, but somewhat small. Privacy during the warmer months can be challenging due to your motor lodge neighbors sitting out in front near your room. Management just began having free coffee in the lobby from 7-9am. Wish that it could be 6 or 6:30 am since we are early risers. All in all, a comfortable stay for the price.”

“The customer service alone here makes me want to stay here time and time again! Every single staff member I dealt with at the front desk and on the phone was so kind and extremely pleasant to deal with. As a solo traveler, this also gave me a feeling of safety which I truly appreciate. The rooms may be slightly outdated, but was clean and comfortable for a one night stay.
