“Pool was old and falling apart. Hot tub was broken. Rooms were clean. Rest of hotel was not”

“They were very helpful to accommodate us, when we arrived early. Also they gave us helpful directions. Breakfast was delicious. The tub/shower needs some kind of mat, as it was dangerous for little old people to shower on the slippery tub surface, and no convenient grab bar for those showering.”

Rooms very generous - she gave us an internal room which was extremely quiet as we had read reviews referring to street noise at night. Our room had zero noise! Spa facilities also great.. she apologised in advance for some ongoing works around the gym and hot tub area but that did not impact us at all - hot sauna and the hottest steam room I've ever been in! No room service but deliveries right to……

“The hotel is in a good location. However, the breakfast has very few options and is bad quality. The bathroom need to have more amenities and the TV could have more channels that we don't have to pay for .”

“I didn’t like how LOUD the room doors shut. I had a sleepless first night. The frontline moved me to a different floor and I was able to catch up on sleep that night. Staff is polite and understanding. Breakfast options and area were nice. No swimming pool! Make sure to pick a room with the river view! Beautiful!”

“Stayed there with my toddler for two days, and it was excellent! Literally across the street from the University. Staff were amazing and friendly from check-in to checkout. Free breakfast was great too! Definitely will be staying there when we go back!”

“Everything was clean. The room was comfortable. The only issue I had was the lack of information. There was no map or anything to show you where the exercise room was or the layout of the hotel.You could order room service but you really didn't know should you use an app or should you call there's no information there to direct you or assist you and trying to determine what the valet's number is. Besides that everything else was great.”
