This is my third time staying at the Ayes Hotel and I love it! The rooms are always nice and clean, no foul odor, good breakfast and the staff is always very nice. I took a last minute trip with my mom and 8 year old son and everything was great. The only complaint I have is when we were on our way out for the day, my son suddenly asked to go to the restroom. We went to the restroom next to the breakfast area but there was a lady cleaning it. We waited for 5-10 minutes and she never once acknowledge us or let us know to come back later or anything. We finally asked if my son can pee quickly and in a very rude manner she replied, “I’m still cleaning and the floor is wet and he will fall!” It was just very rude and she could’ve simply told us from the beginning that she was going to be a while and to come back later. We ended up going back to our room so he can use the restroom and then went about our day. Everything else was great and I will definitely come back again.

I had a bad experience with a man working at the hotel. we checked in at past 11:00pm coming from Disneyland. When I asked questions he was rude and the tone of his voice was demanding and he definitely was not accomodating. The women who worked the morning shift were nice. It was only that particular old man. The room was okay but the bathroom tub water wouldn't go down. My kids couldn't take a shower.

This property was located close to the venue. Room was spacious and comfortable. The beds and pillows were excellent! Very impressed with the breakfast and buffet staff. The only negative was the two girls who checked us in. Unfriendly and dismissive. Started our stay with a negative vibe.

Hotel staff were very nice. Room was very clean upon an early check-in. King bed was clean, comfy, and roomy for a family of 3. Air worked great in room. Loved the room saving electricity when the key card was removed from room. Complimentary breakfast was a nice added bonus. This hotel was close to our family, we will defiantly stay again !
