Something was pretty smelly on the disposal and the maintenance wasn’t able to fix that during our stay. “Located in a quiet neighborhood. Lots of nearby bars (though I didn’t get to try any of them). Super easy parking. Both outdoor lot & indoor garage available. All of the staffs I encountered were nice and friendly. Room’s very clean, but I feel like it’s time for a new AC filter. I woke up with stuffy nose which is very unusual for me as a person with no allergies at all. Additionally, the room was freezing cold and the AC controller didn’t really do anything. “Just to be clear I am familiar with the area and knew this was going to be a cheap low budget place. Any criticism is more a warning or a what you can expect. Room was clean, quiet and apparently fairly well sound proofed. Technically it is non-smoking however the guest just walkout to the walkways just outside the rooms to do their smoking. So for the most part there is the constant smell of tobacco and Marijuana. My bathroom reeked of it the entire time. The water jumped from scalding hot to……
