There was just one thing that almost soured the experience, I was charged for the room when I checked in, and they pretended to charge me for the room again when I checked out. Since the bill wasn't that high, I could not have noticed it, but I did and produced a credit card stub to demonstrate I had already paid. That was enough, but it was an inconvenience nonetheless."

"Best hotel in the Otavalo area, with an outstanding view and a very caring service. The fireplace was a particularly nice touch that you don't often find in hotels. While the location and the staff cannot be faulted, the hotel clearly need some renovations in the spa and common areas. Also the rooms could do with a bit more equipment (although the staff did provide everything we asked for). The two local guardian dogs Mia and Tia are incredibly friendly, and the surrounding area is very nice...

Plenty of choice at the buffet breakfast. Has a swimming pool and gym. In a great location for Carolina park and shopping mall. Things were not always replenished in the room(coffee, face cloth)."
