On that day I texted/messaged you on this site and never received a response. I now see I was charged $508.52 on my credit card, presumably for two nights. I want recourse, and mostly first A RESPONSE from you. What are the components of that charge of $508.52. I have used Expedia for many trips and hotel stays for years. "The room was set up awful. To watch tv in bed you had to turn your head sideways making for a long lasting neck pain. No ice in two nearby ice machines. Restaurant morning pastry basket has only one type of pastry. 2 coffees and cinnamon roll=$19!"
