“I traveled constantly for many years and have stayed at hundreds of different properties, and at this price point, The Mallard Hotel is among the nicest I’ve stayed in. Clean, comfy, modern and a nice covered seating area outside with beautiful views. Highly recommend!”

“OMG, fantastic experience. Highly, highly recommend the couple owners and the property. They bought it in 2017 and went through a massive renovation. Clean, presentable, and well cared for. I was in Tellico for a local motorcycle rally and originally was going to camp - packed my tent, sleeping bags, etc. When I checked the weather, there was a high chance of rain, and I didn't want to set up in it. So, I quickly searched the area, found one night available at this place because it looked……

“Very cute cabin room. Very clean. Only thing I didn't care for is that the walls are thin and you can hear the neighbor room words for words conversation. ”

“Bed uncomfortable, walls not soundproofed. Too noisy, tvs too loud with normal volume from adjacent rooms. Overall not a comfortable environment. ”

“The cabin was much more than expected. You could not find a bigger slice of home anywhere on the ocoee River. Bigfoot cabins are the way to go. A fully stocked house with charcoal grills, plates silverware. Rainfall shower head. Again I cannot recommend this place highly enough to satisfy how nice it is.”

“The owner was amazing! He went over to the building at night to turn lights on for us so that we could play darts! Great location!”

“When making the reservation online it said that the checkin time was 2:00 PM. When I arrived at 2:00 PM they said checkin time was 3:00 PM and told me I would have to leave and come back at 3:00. I was also told if I needed anything after hours to call 500. I did so multiple times and no one answered. Finally, no one was at the front desk the next morning to check you out. The front desk attendants were very rude and no help at all. I would never stay here again.”
