“On the night of our stay, the fire alarm continued going ON and OFF (~ 10 times) between 11 pm and midnight creating an uncertain environment for all. The fire alarm was so loud that I was worried about hearing loss for kids. The communication from management and fire department was inadequate. I was surprised that the hotel didn't offer any compensation for this inconvenience. Apart from this incident, the stay was okay.”

“I booked thru Expedia with the “pay when you arrive”. I made the reservation but upon arrival my boyfriend provided his card to pay for the entire stay. After returning home, my card had been charged for the first night yet his card has been charged for the entire stay per the reservation we made through Expedia. We didn’t receive an itemized bill upon leaving, which was my mistake for not staying and getting one. Upon calling, I find out that our bill is less than the amount that the two of us……
