"The home is well appointed and well taken care of, everything that you could possibly need is there. We were in the hot tub multiple times a day and came home thoroughly relaxed. Our only issue, which was our fault entirely, was the proximity to where we wanted to go. "

"Perfect place for our whole family to stay and have own bedrooms for all. We had 4 families staying. Enjoyed being on the lake. We rented a boat for one day. Appreciated all the lake toys that were available for us to use. The house was very clean. Beds a little uncomfortable but adequate. This was our second year."

"Paul was very attentive and prompt in our communications. Everything was spelled out in the agreement and everything from booking to departing went smoothly. The house is located about a 5 minute drive to great restaurants and small quaint town nearby. Everyone had a great time and the house was great for our gathering. First thing we noticed was the extremely large dining table which was great for all our purposes. Located amongst the corn & alfalfa fields in a very quiet but beautiful area....

"A beautiful cabin located between Hammondsport and Penn Yan. The cabin is stocked with essentials to get you through your stay. The pond was a hit wth my boys. The cabin has a nice deck but no furniture to sit and enjoy the outdoors. The hot tube is also not functioning. Just a reminder water in this area has a sulfur smell but nothing you can do about it. Please note the property land management team is Vacaso so you will be charged a double processing fee if booked through VRBO!"

"We enjoyed the home. The horseback riding was great. They don't have AC in the house. They just have AC in the living room. The other rooms were hot. We were able to access a few fans and that helped. The bedroom setup is odd, but it worked well enough for us."

"We brought our three dogs to this property. Two of which are young and high-energy breeds. Both dogs spent every morning in the fenced in kennel playing and then walking around the property. The upper pond was perfect and they enjoyed swimming with us. This location is perfect for anyone who wants to enjoy nature especially with their pets. The location was beautiful, the property was clean, and overall a unique and wonderful experience. I would recommend for anyone who wants to relax and enjoy...

"I had trouble with the lock box until we realized it was not going to unlock-that you open it to get the key lol. Pleasantly surprised at the cute cottage, very clean and everything you need. We brought our own water and coffee pot as it was only 2 of us and I am used to my tiny 2 cup cone filtered coffee. The Atari machine was fun.
