“The house was very, very nice. The description of house, amenities, and pictures are very accurately. The rental was very clean and we didn’t want for anything. The property POC provided the ultimate in customer service and was available if needed. Their communication was on point and they were quick to respond. We were in town to celebrate a bird that and attend an event close to VCU. The rental was close to VCU and downtown. This is a lovely home and would definitely recommend to others and……

“Facility was just right for 5 adults and two children. Older couple appreciated ground floor bedroom and bathroom. One suggestion: please let people know there is no ice machine is the refrigerator and there are no ice trays either, so you must bring bag ice. ”

“Lovely place, super comfortable beds, roomy, very clean and classy. Luke was very responsive and helpful and even showed up in person to make sure everything was okay. The back space was so nice with the fire pit! Although the fire did run out of fuel after about 20 minutes. Also we love the neighborhood, it's very close to where we went to high school, the beautiful and historic Maggie Walker building. We would definitely come here again.”

“Our large family group enjoyed our stay here. The house is well-appointed and large. Everyone loved having their own bathrooms. Everything was clean and new condition. Just some minor things that were not deal-breakers for us. When I polled my family we pretty much all wished we had brought our own pillows. Parking is tight and awkward when neighbors are also parked, but at least there are reserved spots in a busy neighborhood. There are noise machines for each bed which is nice, but perhaps……
