“Everything was amazing. Will come back!”

“El hotel es una magnífica mansión de estilo y origen colonial muy bien cuidada, limpia, bonita y acogedora. El desayuno es a la carta con tres opciones a elegir y café y té a voluntad. Aparte durante todo el día tienen un frutero bien surtido y a disposición de los huéspedes. Todo positivo en este hotel.”

“The stay was so restful and enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious. The hospitality was top notch. We will definitely stay here again if we are in the Lexington area. The location is so convenient to historic Lexington.”

“I hesitate to write this because I want to keep Blacksburg Bed & Breakfast to myself. It is an absolute hidden gem! Perfect for solo travelers, families, or large groups. Spacious houses - yes, houses - offer large, comfortable kitchens, living rooms, and multi-sized rooms. The food is excellent and made to order. At $9.95/person for homemade breakfast, with large portions, it is the best deal in town. Sherie, the cook, will deliver to your room! The GM is fantastic! He gave me a personal tour...

“Very nice place, small, ideal for visiting the University. Cafe makes an excellent breakfast (included in room rate) but doesn't open til 8 and gets busy fast. You will be running if you have meetings at 9am. Room is nice but lacked a desk - more suited for leisure than work. Font door lock is flimsy (think those used for bathrooms in your house). Even though its very visible - right next to Main Street - and highly unlikely to be broken in, this always left me feeling a bit uneasy.”

“I loved the charm of the inn, and I had my best sleep of the week on their comfortable beds. The breakfast the next morning was delicious!! A great value for a bed and breakfast!!”

“The historical significance of this property is reason alone to visit. George Washington's great grandfather established a plantation there in 1642. While original buildings were burned, the owners have restored according to drawings and records. There's a cemetery on property with graves from 1600s. Attention to service was outstanding and personal.”
