“Clean room, wonderful location once located. We arrived in Assisi and the directions provided to the rooms were so insufficient that the neighbors could not help us locate the property. The host was very unhelpful, refused to call us. This was the worst customer service we’ve encountered over the past 29 stays in short term rentals. Host upon contacting for property location help was not. They just said review previous email although our GPS ”
