“very good ”

“Very nice! We enjoyed our stay very much!”

“The sheets were clean, the towels were clean, the hard surfaces of the room were clean, the carpet was fairly new and clean. They turned on the heat for us before we arrived, so the room was warm. The beds were uncomfortable and the pillows inside the cases were dingy. There were two small bars of soap, one small bottle of shampoo, and only a partial roll of toilet paper. (It’s a good thing we always have some packed.) The room had a lot of traffic noise all night long. We didn’t realize……

“Great location - hotel has an excellent dining room and there are several other restaurants within easy walking distance from hotel. A historic, old hotel with lots of curated artwork and history.”

“Wonderful place to stay and still enjoy the amenities at the Red Lion Inn”

“The property was clean, which is my priority. The staff/?owner was lovely. However, even though shevsaidv, "call for anything" she never returned my call. (There was no bath mat or anything to put on the floor when getting out of the shower). Would we stay ther again?, maybe.”

“Convenient but the service has to be improved.”

“Granville House is an amazing place! Terry and Terri made us feel so welcomed and pampered. Our room was spacious and comfortable, the bathroom was well-appointed (great lighting, plush towels, etc.), and the common areas were inviting. We especially enjoyed the made-to-order breakfasts. We will definitely look to stay here again if our travels take us back to the Berkshires.”

“Easy access to everywhere we went. Clean”

“Office staff wonderful! Room clean but older carpet and bathroom looked dingy.”

“很好的酒店，无论房间设备还是工作人员素质以及房间清洁程度，值得入住”

“Logan, the Innkeeper, was fantastic and so helpful. The property is beautiful! Spacious rooms, fabulous location. The restaurant/bar was closed onsite in October - so FYI on that. Overall, a wonderful stay!”

“Condo was super clean, spacious and comfortable. Really nice having a full kitchen, too. Staff was accommodating when we decided to add an extra night to our vacation. Great place to stay if you’re going to a concert at Tanglewood.”

“Staff was very nice. Common areas are very nice. Room are very nice but could use a deep clean and some maintenance. If they did that I would give it more stars.”

“La piscine et le jacuzzi étaient tellement agréables après toute une journée de visite, c'était le paradis. le petit déjeuner était très bien, ainsi que les chambres et le personnel à la réception, tout était parfait.”
