Good location, walking distance to cafes and restaurants. Nice that continental breakfast food items were from local businesses. Room could use some updating including more comfortable seating. Chair cushions not supportive or comfortable. Headboard for the bed was not solid and did not allow for sitting comfortably as an alternative. Would have like to know that there were two flights of stairs to the room and also that the room had a skylight making for unavoidable bright early mornings

Although the decor is outdated, this inn is lovely and clean. The Honeymoon Suite room was unique and spacious. The in-room breakfast was very nice, as was the private patio overlooking a shared yard with plenty of seating. Room and patio felt quite private. Good location in the Berkshires.

The Shaker Mill Inn is located in West Stockbridge so it is away from the dense tourist traffic in Stockbridge, but is located with easy access to Tanglewood, Stockbridge, Norman Rockwell Museum, and I90 and the rural Berkshires. The garden was wonderful with many flowers in bloom—very pretty. The breakfasts were tasty. The Meadow bedroom was large with 2 reclining chairs, small dining table, small kitchen area with the necessities, and good air conditioning. It also had a porch, which was very nice to sit on and have sundowners; since it was on the 2nd floor, it was very private.

Shaker Inn is a comfortable cozy inn in the village of West Stockbridge. Check in was easy, room was comfortable, clean, grounds were well-maintained and lovely. Village of West Stockbridge was only a couple of blocks away. We were able to walk to restaurant for dinner. Staff were easily available and helpful.

Very cute and clean room. After driving all day we were so happy to see all muffins, scones, yogurt, cereal, oatmeal, strawberries, milk, OJ, hot chocolate and coffee already in the room for breakfast the next day. We had a great stay, thank you!

A really nice place to stay

This Inn was a breath of fresh air to arrive at. So easy to get to our room - no check in required - such a wonderful layout of the room, Everything was very comfortable. And personable. A really nice place to stay.
