We were just passing through and needing a stopping point. The room and bed were comfortable and clean and quiet!

The room.was decent but the beds were very uncomfortable. The free breakfast isn't a buffet but instead your choice of a few different made to order menu items that include enough food for.a child.

Great downtown option

Check in was quick and easy, with super friendly and helpful staff. The room is always clean and comfortable with ample parking. Downtown Bakersfield is not particularly nice but this hotel feels safe and contained and is right in the heart of the area if that’s where you need to stay.

There was a big bug in the room we were given, but we notified the concierge and we were given a second room in exchange. In the second room, the coffee maker was missing a piece of the coffee basket where you put the coffee, so we were unable to make coffee.

Stay was very nice, clean rooms, breakfast was ok. Dinner of shrimp on the Hotel restaurant was the best shrimp we ever had!

Cockroaches

The service at the restaurant was horrible the waitress was very rude and complaining about the other staff, when i asked for butter she told me i should bring my own. She seated us with strangers at a table. There were roaches everywhere in the first room I was in and had to be moved up stairs. The front desk only took 10% off of the two nights I booked because of this.
