“The property is priced at the high end for this town, while it provides a run-down facility and mediocre hygiene. The in-room amenities barely work and carry the marks of many years of service, the towels have stains, and judging by the dates on the product labels of the equipment, the room we stayed in has not been refitted in at least 13 years.
This was the worst spent 150 eur per night!”

“I would like to leave a review of my stay at the Sofia Hotel in Bansko. It’s a small, family‑run hotel located in the town centre. The rooms are excellent, clean, quiet, and the staff is attentive. All the breakfast ingredients are from local farmers. Fresh juices, homemade jam… It’s delicious! ))) I highly recommend this hotel. Svetlana Levina, Moscow”
