We have stayed at this hotel two years in a row. The hotel is well located for access to the Gondola. The rooms are clean, albeit a little dated. The spa is an added bonus after a day on the slopes and the included breakfast is good.

Rather disappointed
Once a grand hotel now rather dated redeemed by an excellent spa. Needs a total refurbishment. No concierge to advise on mountain walks, no maps etc. out of season but only one of three restaurants open.

Location very close to ski facilities and mountain tracks. Very friendly staff. Nice outdoor relaxation area. The window view depends on the room.

Predala Lux - 2 bedroom apartment was spacious, clean and modern. Beds and linen were very comfortable after a days skiing. Kitchen had all necessary items and a dishwasher. Great location a few steps away from the town centre which is packed with shops, restaurants, bars etc. The hotel itself is a 3* - the rooms (and bathrooms in particular) are a little outdated but the beds are comfortable enough.
