“Let me first start by saying that the communication with the owner was fantastic. They responded to our needs very quickly, which was appreciated.The apartment is rundown. We understand that these are old buildings in central London, however, the furnishings were all broken, dirty, and needed to be replaced. “1. This unit is at the top of the building - 5 flights up. There is a TINY elevator that barely one person & a carry-on suitcase can fit into. If you have a lot of luggage, small children, elderly guests or get claustrophobic in tiny elevators, this isn't the place for you. 2. This place needs a serious deep cleaning. The owners totally ignored our calls and they didn't communicate with us prior to arriving. We direcy called, wrote messages with no responses. We never got the property access code.
