“It was a terrible experience. Small rooms, bad smells, near the street, very noisy at night, even can’t fall asleep. Service was bad. Cleaning persons enter the room without nocking or ringing doorbell. The worker at the front desk is rude. All of the problems are obviously, she even said she didn’t see it.”

“The room is big and clean, nice staff, the best part is the breakfast:however they don’t have kids cribs so they are not able to offer baby crib.”

“Everything was wonderful and easy from start to finish. Hotel staff is attentative and always available. The rooms were extremely nice. Most comfortable beds I've ever slept in at a hotel”

“We have stayed here many times because our son and his wife live close by in Philly. Our room this time was louder at night due to the proximity to the road. We live in the country, so we are used to it being very quiet at night. Antonio was very helpful and got a new room for us which was much quieter. We were so grateful to him! Thank you Antonio!”

“In all, we love Aloft style, that's why we chose it this time. However, the room assigned was more convenient to those who use wheelchairs. There were a few things need to be fixed when we arrived, the staff was very friendly and helpful though.”
