“The apartment was really nice, the hot tub was great, it was just a little hard to find the entrance to it. Overall a great stay!”

“Everything was perfect”

“We loved our time in Clayton and when we return we’ll come back to this place. We loved the extra goodies and there was plenty of space for us. :) thank you”

“Awesome studio, nice and clean, comfortable bed and perfect for couples. Great location in walking distance to everything! Host was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend and stay again.”

“Only good things were it was dog friendly and the heater and hot water worked. This is why it got 2 stars rather than 1. Toilet was turned OFF. Had to turn it on at the wall and the float was broken so it continuously ran. Handrail up to the bunk bed was screwed on by one single screw. And it was a loose screw. There is a gap under the door that has been there for at least 5 months when someone else on Vrbo mentioned it. Board over doorway rocks and is super loose. Don’t ask about banister. I’d……

“The room was very quiet. The pool was refreshing after some pickleball. Our first stay in Helen. We had a great time!”

“Great location within walking distance to almosteverything downtown. Many times we are asked byVRBO hosts to remove bed sheets. With this beinga one bedroom unit, the bed gets heavy use. Wewould suggest this host change the mattress padson a more regular basis. Kitchen very clean andwell stocked.”

“this was our best year so far in Helen GA was great location close to town vary nice. loved it”

Had to walk up a flight of stairs to get into the apartment and then had another flight of stairs to go up to the bedrooms. I don't believe I read that in the description. The owner was very responsive - did forget we were arriving and I had to call her to get the code to get into the place, She was very apologetic and very……

“All was well and good. Minor problem with key lock box.”

“The studio was perfect. It was clean, well organized with what we needed for our stay. It was well located to downtown driving was minimal for what we had planned to do. We could walk to most things. Perfect get away location.”

“We love the property! It was within walking distance to everything! It was clean and very well kept. We will definitely be back!”
