“The house met our family's needs with lots of space for all of us to hang out and was fully stocked. The deck and furniture was also big enough for all of us to hang out together. Lots of wood for bon fires. Sauna worked great. Lake was clear with a sandy bottom. Caught enough fish for a fish fry. Enjoyed the game room and the bunk room once the beds had been made up. The one draw back was that it did not have air conditioning got warm in there. The lake was quite a walk from the house……

“Overall: House is very clean and nice/newish. Location is great, close to town but very private. Quiet lake. House is modern and nicely laid out. Thankful for the little treats on the table :-) Pros: Loved the sitting room with wonderful view, like you are right on the water. Deck was great for morning coffee. Bedroom was great, Handy separate patio entry for letting dogs out away from guests in other house. Good size bathroom. We had a wonderful, relaxing weekend here but, were……

“Was looking for a few days retreat where I could get some work done and enjoy the lake and was dog friendly. The fenced in yard for my dog was a great bonus. Everything else was just as advertised and perfect for what I was looking for!”

“The cabin was great and it was a great location. There was plenty of everything we needed to get by for 3 nights! The only downside was that the lake was very weedy, even at the beach access which made it hard to enjoy the water and nearly beachfront access with the babies. Other than that, everything was great and as advertised! ”

“We loved our stay at the Pine Cone Cottage. The location was so peaceful, easy to find, close to great restaurants/shops. We appreciated access to the kayak/life preservers as well as the campfire areas. So many places to sit out and enjoy nature. The beds were very comfortable. Sandy was an amazing host. We would definitely come back here again!”
