There was no info about coffee pot, dishes, silverware, etc. in the amenities list. We brought paper products and there was a picture of a Mr. Coffee so we bought grounds and filters. When we got there, there was a Keurig. While we love Keurig and have 100 pods at home, we were now forced to find a store.……

"During our stay, the elevator was completely out of service, and we had to climb the stairs many times. In the breakfast room, one of the younger waiters had a very bad attitude and was extremely slow, except for one staff member who was fine. The air conditioner in the room was extremely loud. If you’re not a heavy sleeper, I really wouldn’t recommend staying here—you’ll feel like you’re sleeping on a train all night."
