"Lovely staff and the rooms do the job - definitely a bit dated but then you aren’t stopping at the Ritz here - very reasonably priced and the pub food is great - I would stay here again."

"Easy check in friendly and helpful staff. Clean comfortable well equipped room, tea coffee, iron and board and free WiFi. Good self service breakfast included . No complaints. Free parking would have been nice but £7 a night not too bad."

"Room was lovely and clean. Bathroom tired but clean and lovely shower. Room was warm but fan provided. Every member of staff we met was friendly and interested in our queries/ keen to help Parking very busy at times and we had to park in a place that wasnt a proper space, though staff said it was fine to park there. Good choice at breakfast, all tasty including good scrambled egg!! My third stay here and above has been consistent for each visit."

"I stay at the hotels nearly every week for business and personal reasons so I have seem my fair share of the hotels. I was very impressed with this hotel. It is located conveniently just off the motorway and next to the shopping centre yet the hotel was so quiet. When we have checked in they had big wedding but again the botel seems peaceful. Plenty of parking, great hotel spa and room was clean, spacious and all the amenities you would expect at the higher end hotels without 5 star hotel prices. Hotel staff were very polite and helpful. We didnt have food at the hotel so cant comment in that.This is definitely going to be my choice of hotel next time we are in the area."

"Caravan was clean and spacious. It was a little tired and needed some maintenance. The staff were all amazing. Great facilities and location. We will go back."
