“This was a fabulous place to stay for 2 nights before my cruise. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Service was excellent and friendly. The breakfast was included and it was great! Highly recommend this place if you’re in Southampton!”

“Good:
The decoration of the room is cozy and in good classic style
There is a bar on the ground floor which is good
Staff are nice and friendly
Bad:
Strong smell in the bathroom which is disgusting, we think that comes from the eroding wood
The water boiler is not clean and there is even water remain inside
Being asked for the room key after check out but believe their staff mixed things up (Wrong number tag on the key)”

“The room was very nice indeed, lovely big and comfirtable bed, just slightly cold on a February day even though the radiator was on. Also the TV in the adjacent room was too loud, which would have been annoying if we hadnt been getting up early anyway or if we'd wanted to stay in the room the evening before. radiator was one. ”
