“great that above of a kmart, woolworths and restaurants. room is 5 star ”

“The staff were friendly and helpful, but the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel fall short of what you’d expect at this price point. I found the bedsheet dirty with several yellow marks (possibly from an iron), and the duvet had noticeable red stains resembling blood. These made the room feel unhygienic. The basement games area was also poorly maintained. The pool table was missing the black ball, and only one pool cue was usable, the rest were broken. To make matters worse,……

“It’s a new hotel and rooms were clean. Convenient location within Melbourne shopping precinct. Stayed on 7th floor corner room therefore some street noise could be heard. Only issue is where the TV was placed in an odd location in the middle at the end of the bed which was a safety hazard as you can hit your head against it. Tram stop is just right in front at Elizabeth street.”

“Location is really good and accessible to train and tram station. The room is not as tidy or clean as I have expected from the photos. Overall still ok to recommend for staying.”

“Perfect location to The Glen and very close to train station. Food stores and cinema is just next door.staff is very professional and nice. In door pool and gym is located at basement. Breakfast is western and we like the most is the fresh orange juice maker in the restaurent.”

“Overall is good and clean I”
