The staff were very helpful and the location is great.
Unfortunately our room seemed very run down.
Everything was broken very old or just very worn.
The aircon only worked for about an hr at a time. We had the service guy there three times but eventually gave up.
Not what you expect from the penthouse.

Room had complimentary tea, coffee, and bottled water. A good size room with large towels and nice washroom and shower. Close to where we needed to be near St Kilda. Lots of street parking around.
