“We rented this house because we wanted a place to get our family all together and it turned out to be the perfect spot. We made so many happy memories and had so much fun eating meals around the large table, playing games in the family room at night, relaxing on the beautiful deck, taking walks in the quiet, picturesque neighborhood, sleeping peacefully to the amazing sound of the waves outside our window. “Host was accommodating, responsive, and was great overall! The property was very comfortable and exactly what I needed. I loved the neighborhood for nice walks in the evenings. Quiet and safe! House was clean and had many interesting art pieces and books. TV was very good and all amenities were as described. I would definitely consider staying again. This a on excellent location with a short trip to New Haven for lots of great places nearby. ”

“The property is a gem! Beautiful Arts & Crafts woodwork!Nicely appointed and yet comfortable. Kitchen is large and could accomodate all of us gathered at once. Coffee on the front veranda overlooking the water made for a perfect setting. The neighbors and dogs strolling by the made us feel welcome too. ”

“This place was very spacious and clean with a full kitchen and two bathrooms. There was a lovely outdoor seating area in the back of the house and there was a washer and dryer available. The host was very accommodating and highly responsive. The inside was very tactfully decorated with seven beds for a larger party. However, parking was limited with only on street parking available. The location was perfect for us because it was within walking distance to the concert venue we were attending.……

“The Lake House was AMAZING! With its 5 great size bedrooms ( privacy for everyone) . 3 full baths, with plenty of hot water, for the many showers after a day in the lake The 1/2 bath on first floor was a nice bonus to have with such a large crowd! The large, fully stocked kitchen, with its large island and even larger peninsula (plus a view of the lake) made preparing, cooking and serving meals most enjoyable! We appreciated the cleanliness of all rooms especially the kitchen and bathrooms……
