“good”

“The staff was well trained and made every thing so enjoyable. It was a very walkable campus.”

“窗戶和门都很老，住在一樓安全看不到任何風景”

“Very clean and comfortable place to stay. It was convenient to downtown Asheville and fun restaurants. The lobby was well appointed and a great place to sit and plan out the day.”

“The hotel was an excellent choice except for them placing my husband and I in a handicap room which was very awkward. We were extremely tired from our outing to complain about it so we showered and went to bed.”

“Very convenient hotel for Biltmore Estate or Biltmore Village. We have stayed here many times. Will consider other places due to the amount of homeless people and random non- guests hanging around the property. Staff doesn't seem to care about this when brought to their attention. Non-guests in the elevators, at the breakfast buffet, etc. Too bad! Was once a go-to property for us when visiting.”
