My first visit I was able to charge my plug-in car. On return stay, the charger had been changed to a Tesla connection which won't work on my vehicle. Fortunately, the Best Western next door allowed me to use their charger.

We stayed at this property purely as a bed for a couple of nights. The included breakfast was good and we had a great stay. Easy on site free parking and suited our needs well. Unsure of proximity to places as we just used it as a base to visit Biltmore Estate. Good value for money.

This area of Tunnel Road sounds like a racing strip at all hours of the day and night. I'm not sure how anyone relaxes or sleeps if they have a room on the same side as the street. The hotel also only has one entrance/exit, which dumps you out right into a busy point on that road. I'm not sure why there's not an entrance/exit at the side of the parking lot, too. It made it inconvenient both as a driver and when using rideshares. Though the decor in the rooms is nice, I wouldn't stay here again.

Access to hotel was easy. On a busy road but we didn't hear traffic noise. Staff did check-in well and quickly. Several restaurants within an easy drive. Room and hotel very clean. I marked Area Around Property in the middle since it isn't walkable to place. Safe area though.
