“I have used VRBO several times and have been pleased but this time, not so muchI rented this house due to hot tub and food ball table for entertainment purposes The hot tub was gross and in need of major cleaning and the football table was a toy I was there a few days before the Mc rally but apparently paid rally prices. Due to the house being so expensive I expected more than I gotThe hot tub was cleaned the next day so we did get a little use of it.”

“Bed bugs in first room, got a picture of it on the wall.. didn’t want to stay at the hotel at all after that, but it was late and we were tired so we moved to a different floor and a different wing… got pictures of Bedbugs on the pillowcase and it also looked as if the bedding hadn’t even been changed in the second room so we just left.”

“I was double charged for our stay! I booked with Expedia and pre-paid for the rooms., Showed the hotel receipts and confirmation but y he hotel charged me again because they stated they didn’t get payment from Expedia. I feel that this should’ve been handled between Expedia and Ramkota hotel as I had all receipts which they also had to show that rooms were paid for.”
