“We've stayed at this hotel several times, but this was the first time since it's rebranding as a Comfort Inn. The updates were done very well and the staff continue to be extremely helpful and friendly. The beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was excellent! We'll definitely be staying there again!”

“There is nothing I did not like about the property. What I did like was the friendly service at the lounge, and the fact that they had 200 whiskeys that I could sample from, although I only had one. The room was clean and quiet although I probably unplugged the mini fridge but that’s just the way I am. Breakfast was about what you’d expect. Thanks for the waffle, but no biscuits and gravy.”

“Brought our dog and stayed at one of the cabins and was extremely satisfied with the stay. The location is beautiful with a dense pine forest surrounding the individual cabins. Ate dinner and breakfast at the on-site restaurant and both meals were quite good (and the breakfast voucher was a nice touch). The only issue we faced was that the AC or the room itself had a somewhat musty smell (we couldn’t identify where the smell was coming from but it was unpleasant) but we just kept the windows……

“It was expensive for the quality. The comforters and towels were stained. Bathrooms not well maintained. The floor had not been swept so there was hair everywhere. The staff was as helpful as they could be considering the circumstances. I wouldn’t recommend it for anyone traveling with families.”

“The location was right on the historic downtown which allowed us to shop and eat by walking everywhere. We loved the comfortable bed and the pillows were awesome. My only negative was the pancake machine was out of order. We would definitely stay there again!”

“Whenever we are in Sturgis we stay here,but this is the first time we have stayed in their 3 bed 2 bath cabin off site. The house was very well equipped and very comfortable. Plenty of room for the 5 people in our group. Ample parking, we had 2 trucks with trailers and our Jeeps and still had loads of space to move around. I highly recommend stay with them.”

“This was our second stay here. We have enjoyed the place both times. The room was clean and the parking was available for all rooms. Close to downtown. Easy to walk or catch the trolley.”

“Minimal parking, can't lock deadbolts when you leave the room. I was charged by Expedia for this stay The girl then charged me when I checked in, she said she'd reverse it and it's still not reversed and now I see TWO MORE charges from them after check out. Can't get ahold of the property. Bad customer service all around.”
