Apartments in Blue Bell for Rent

"I've been staying at the Delta pretty frequently in the past couple of months. Welp, today was not so pleasant. I was laying in bed, and thr fire alarm went off. Vocal instructions clearly said to evacuate and don't use the elevators. I gathered all my things and left the room. I took the stairs as instructed. But something seemed off. There was no urgency to evacuate the building from employees in the entire hotel. I ask the lady at the desk whats going on. She told me that its probably a false alarm. So I proceed to exit outside until the fire department came and investigate. Everything seemed fine, so I went back to my room. When I arrived back to my room, housekeeping was in my room cleaning up as if I checked out, wich wasn't the case at the time. I feel like i got kicked out 2 hours earlier than my check out time. And possibly one of the housekeeping people pulled the fire alarm. Something shady happened and they did nothing to accommodate for my troubles. I didnt even get to take a shower betore I checked out. I'm so disappointed "

"Parking was okay, (not hotel owned). The hotel location itself wasn’t too bad. Staff was wildly disrespectful, made me feel out of place and as if I didn’t belong. I travel a lot 6-7 times a year and I’ve never had a hotel staff this rude, interrupting me, answering a phone while helping me then hung up as they were mid sentence so they interrupted me just to give more poor service to some else. They gave me side eyes as I sat in the lobby waiting for my friends to get downstairs. It’s a shame too because my room was very nice The toilet didn’t flush in one of the rooms I reserved (I reserved 2). All around mediocre stay."

"Nothing but positive things to say. The staff was so courteous and helpful. The bed was comfy. The airport shuttle was convenient. We will def stay again."

"Loved the location! We were in walking distance from everything we wanted to do! The staff were welcoming and helpful. I liked that I was able to check in online. The only thing I found a little odd was charging for use of hand soap in the bathrooms. There were also snacks in the room but at a large fee. Overall, I would book again for the confidence and cleanliness!"

"Other than the candy and random sock under the beds, beautiful hotel in an amazing area! Just pick a direction and walk and you'll see so much!! "

"The staff was very friendly and welcoming, which I really appreciated. However, when I made my reservation, I specifically booked a larger room with full kitchen facilities. Unfortunately, upon arrival, I was given a much smaller room, and the kitchen only included a refrigerator and a microwave, which was disappointing. On a positive note, the breakfast was very delicious and enjoyable."
